Summary/Abstract: Information and communication-based technological developments have become a phenomenon of the era by affecting social life. Regardless of the public or private sector, this technological development has had a profound effect on almost all segments of society. One of the most important issues reformed by the digital platform in public administration politics is the governance approach that promotes co-management. Through the digitalization a new government system that switches from governance to e-governance, from democracy to e-democracy and from participation to e-participation has been adopted. The purpose of this new management system is to achieve an effective and efficient management system in line with the interests of the citizens. In this context, the aim of this study is to examine how the governance, which envisages a multi-actor and interaction-centric management approach and a participatory management approach, has entered a process of change in the digital age. In the context of digitalization, contributions of the developments in the management approach to the Turkish public administration system will be examined. As a result of the study, it has been determined that e-governance has carried out very important administrative reforms in the Turkish public administration system leading the consolidation of democratic management.
