Summary/Abstract: The education and training of the labor force in the country are the most important and significant factors in developing the economic future of any country. This article will try to describe the connection between these two terms, which are interesting to many governments in developed and developing countries. Is presented the analysis of economic data in connection to the educational field in both Israel and Moldova. Are presented conclusions and recommendations on the problem.
