The Concept of ,Property" according to the Constitution

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the concept of property according to the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria. On the grounds of the Constitutional Court practice, comparative legal references and juridical analysis it is concluded that this concept has a collective character and encompasses wide range of property rights. This allows applying the constitutional regulations to them, especially those which ensure constitutional protection against their illegal violation.
