Summary/Abstract: The development of scientific knowledge is constantly progress. Using scientific knowledge man increases his power of action. The aim of science is to explore something, learn, establish and put the community for further use. Successful use of scientificknowledge for practical purposes it is possible to determine the progress of a community. The inability and unwillingness to use knowledge lead to crisis.
