The employment of people aged 50 plus

Summary/Abstract: The article considers changes in the employment of persons over 50 years of age. The authors conducted research aimed at determining the reasons for changes in employment, the time spent finding a new job, the advantages and disadvantages of being aged 50 and more, and the career plans of the respondents for the next few years. The research confirmed the existence of problems with respect to the employment of this group of people and the necessity to search for new tools and approaches to the employment of persons over 50 and the continuation of their involvement in the labour market.
