The role of communication in couple relationship

Summary/Abstract: Starting from theoretical grounds, reckon the results of some ample researches on the role detained by communication in any interpersonal relationship, in this paper we’ve focused in the approach of this phenomena in its direct relation with the couple. The first part of this paper is about the theoretical analysis of this problem but also about motivating our own research. The second part of this paper is bringing to our attention the results of an investigation upon the communication phenomena in a couple, research in which there were used as techniques of composing the dates, an evaluation scale of the interactional marital style and a questionnaire which evaluates the level of the communication in a couple. The aim of this research is to point out the importance that communication has in the harmonization of any relationship.
