Summary/Abstract: In the belief structure of the Turks; the world inhabited, worlds to be lived after death and the thought that there may be transitions between them. The earthly is the place of living people, the above and underground worlds are the places where the souls of the dead live. In these worlds, life runs in a similar order to that on earth. In this study, triple universe idea, which is in the belief structure, is taken into consideration and its characteristics are evaluated within the framework of three narratives in Turkish culture. In the first narrative, one of the Dede Korkut texts, Salur Kazan was captured and put in an underground prison and the belief of the underground world that emerged there is depicted. The second narrative is the narrative of the underground Turkish beys cemetery and its order in Evliyâ Çelebi's Seyahatname. The third narrative, on the other hand, is an exemplary text in which the heroes of the Kyrgyz epic, Er Töştük, depicted the heroism he made during his underground journeys. By examining the texts mentioned in the study, it was tried to be stated what kind of a universe architecture imagination was in Turks and observed that three texts that seem different from each other have complementary features in explaining the Turkish universe imagination.
