Summary/Abstract: Paper is focused on evaluation of early medieval finds from the rescue excavation which held place at the cadastral teritorry of Obříství municipal, Mělník district, in the years 2008–2011. Within excavated area settlement remains of different cultures, since neolithic period till early medieval times were found. Only remains of settlement from the medieval times were found, no funerary situations were excavated. Settlement found at the excavated area covers whole period of Early Middle Ages. Evidence of early medieval settlement is relatively low in the Mělník district and because of this are presented results valuable. This paper presents analysis of material, description of the excavated situation and of the finds.
