Methodology for the Curriculum of Vocational Teacher Qualification Improvement

Summary/Abstract: Metodologija analizuoja probleminius klausimus, su kuriais susiduriama kuriant ir tobulinant profesijos pedagogų kvalifikacijos kėlimo programas (toliau – programas). Kvalifikacijos programų rengimo metodologija grindžiama studijų rezultatų (angl. learning outcomes) principu, apima bendruosius programų rengimo procesus, kurie gali būti panaudojami kaip atspirties taškas programos kūrimui ir tobulinimui. Metodologija iš esmės grindžiama Bolonijos deklaracijos rekomendacijomis (1999), Bergeno komunikatu (2005) ir pagrįsta mokslinių tyrimų rezultatais. This methodology reveals the issues regarding the design and development of the curriculum of vocational teacher qualification improvement (further – the curriculum). The methodology is based on a process approach, and it covers general processes of a broad-based nature that could be used as a jumping-off having started the design and development of the curriculum. The methodology is essentially based on the recommendations of the Bologna declaration (1999) and where possible - supported by scientific findings.
