Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to identify activities undertaken by hotel facilities in order to shape a positive image, especially in the area of corporate social responsibility (CSR). The article consists of three content-related parts, as well as introduction and summary. The first and second part of the article, which are of theoretical character, discuss the essence of shaping the image of a hotel facility and the theoretical aspects of corporate social responsibility. The third part, which is of empirical character, presents examples of activities undertaken by hotel facilities in the area of corporate social responsibility.
