Summary/Abstract: Colors are the main signs of the painter's language, which have acquired their own existence in the context of modern art, becoming the main subject of monochrome creations. The vibrant force of the colors manifested itself on the canvas in minimalist creations that are the result of an original artistic conception. In the article, we aim to make a brief analysis of the originality of monochrome paintings from the perspective of the paradigm of originality in its doctrinal and jurisprudential interpretation. The imprint of the author's personality is found in each of the analyzed paintings evoking the abstraction of colors in the art of the twentieth century.
