Summary/Abstract: With the rapid development of technology, the education system also needs to renew itself and keep up with these developments in technology. A new approach in the field of education, the Flipped Learning Model, uses technology to give students the opportunity to learn the theoretical part of the lessons individually from videos and to come prepared for the lesson. In order to have a good accounting education, applications and case studies should be conducted frequently. Therefore, the Flipped Learning model seems to be a very appropriate approach to accounting education. In this study, a questionnaire is applied to 136 students who took accounting education in Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in order to analyze the appropriateness of the Flipped Learning model in accounting education and to investigate perspectives of students related to the subject. According to the results of the study, the students reported that the Flipped Learning model would increase the interest to the class, make it easier to learn the lesson, increase communication with classmates and the lecturer and increase the active participation aand motivation of the class. Most of the students stated that they would like to study accounting in Flipped Classes.
