Summary/Abstract: Problems of collective dispute focus on the issue of conflict of interest in the working environment. The subject matter of the paper is the issue of legal balance in industrial stalls. Therefore, the issues of the subjective scope of the Act on Resolution of Collective Disputes come to the fore. The above issue has been analysed by taking two perspectives: dogmatic (application) and theoretical-legal.
