Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the Subcarpathian Ruthenia in the Czechoslovak Constitution of 1920 and its rights, as well as with some aspects of the preparation of the Constitution. The attention is also paid to the tasks of the Constitutional Court and the search for adequate representatives of the Subcarpathian Ruthenia therein.
