Vocational education and the Warsaw labour market needs

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the changes in the size and structure of the supply of graduates of vocational schools by professions and specialties, and the underlying trends in labour demand in the years 2005–2010 in Warsaw. The main objective of this paper is to provide information about the shortage and workers sought by employers and surplus occupations, to which is observed the lack of demand for labour in Warsaw.
