OWNERSHIP IN THE POLISH LEGAL SYSTEM

Summary/Abstract: The article presents economic and legal aspect of ownership, especially the ownership of land estate. Ownership is one of the essential categories which determine social and economic relations. Ownership is defined differently as a ownership in the legal sense and the economic ownership. However, it is obvious that the legal regulations in force can determine the economic relations in the field of ownership. This is the result of influence the legal regulations, which establish the ownership of production factors, on the economy regulating mechanism. Thus, it can be stated, that there is a specific dependency between the law and the economics, since the legal regulations determine the economic relations.
