Untypical employment

Summary/Abstract: Although the number of workers in non-standard employment has grown significantly over the last two decades, they continue to be regarded as in “untypical” employment. It seems an important legal regulation of all types of untypical employment, with a clear separation of the relevant codes. It can be concluded that it is extremely important, therefore, to make changes in the provisions of Polish law, breaking down stereotypes and exclusion of the existing barriers in the use of flexible forms of employment.
