Non-technological innovationsin the industrial enterprises of mining sector

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issues of implementation of non-technological innovations, the importance of which has been increasing in recent years. They are not only initiated by technological innovations, but also often determine their success, implement organizational solutions aiding the creation of technological innovations, or even initiating them. Taking it into consideration the article presents the essence and specificity of non-technological innovations. Then it analyzes the scope of non-technological innovations and technological innovations in the industrial enterprises of the mining sector compared to other industries. The last stage of the analysis contained in the article is the identification of the main types of non-technological innovations introduced in the mining sector and the objectives that thanks to them the enterprises want to achieve.
