Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this study is to present the most preferred factors that would influence people to change their current job. The results show that the money is a key and most preferred stimulus, although according to Frederick Herzberg's theory it is defined not as a motivating factor but as a hygienic one. In addition, six other potential reasons for choosing a future employer are presented based our servey.
