Summary/Abstract: The author of the report “Professional expectations and attitudes of men and women - similarities and differences” examines and compares the anonymous opinions of 853 Bulgarians, 60.8% women and 39.2% men. In it, he analyzes and summarizes the results for 2022 and the current year of 2023. Special attention is paid to the choice of what type of company the respondents prefer to work in; to what extent the introduction of a 4-day working week will positively affect their productivity; are they satisfied with the feedback given to them by their immediate supervisor; are they treated as the most valuable asset in the organizations they work for, do they feel valued and recognized; what are their worries and fears; are they planning a job change; do they want to be managers etc.
