ТHE TRAINING OF INSURANCE AGENTS – A QUARANTEE TO PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF USERS OF INSURANCE SERVICES

Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the insurance training of the insurance company`s agents as a guarantee for the protection of the interests of the users of the insurance services. For this purpose, the role of the insurance agent as a key intermediary in the insured market has been expressed. The requirements for competence of the insured intermediaries, produced by the legislation, are presented and a system for training of the insured agents for an insured company is outlined.
