Summary/Abstract: It has become notorious that events based on discouraging simple action plans can generate large changes that can cause radical transformations in various fields, as happened on September 11, 2001, this fact helping to strengthen the belief that the level of predictability in the defense and security field decreases day by day. In order to be effective, the fight against asymmetric risks and effects generated by them, targeting structures and NATO military operations, intelligence structures must act very fast, prompt, decisive and extremely flexible, goal which can be achieved only by highly trained, equipped and skilled personnel to meet such requirements.
