Summary/Abstract: The present study/article details the partition method/strategy used by Roberto Esposito in The Origin of the Political. Hannah Arendt or Simone Weil? (2017), in a double re-contextualized sense. The first considers the valorization of reintegrative structures (involving “the and rule”), of reconstituting a common ideational ground, by completing-and-difference, specifying that Machiavelli and Esposito are representative Italian thinkers able to approach, to lead and to deepen the meanings of the connection established between the terms attualitá - l`attuale. The second comment concerns the formula of reporting Esposito to Machiavelli, about Machiavelli considering the origin as an interpretive nucleus, involving the premise – about Machiavelli = back to Machiavelli; starting from Machiavelli and/or from Machiavelli facilitating the relation origin-historyactuality. The Italian group from Living Thought: The Origins and Actuality of Italian Philosophy (2012) starts with Machiavelli and stops at Esposito, the last philosopher opening the contact, that of a “mysterious convergence”, of distance/ closeness, which through such an exegesis, interferes and continues
