Some personal features minors of children’s dept., accused of sexual crimes, as an object of criminalistic research

Summary/Abstract: Sex crimes were committed by teenagers always. But, because of the conditions of detention, the conditions of their maturation and various deviations in upbringing, the students of closed orphanages have the qualities and personality traits that significantly distinguish them from their peers from wealthy families. It is very difficult to investigate sexual crimes committed by such adolescents. This article is devoted to the study of the personality traits of such adolescents.
