Acceleration of the complaint procedure in the amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure of July 4, 2019

Summary/Abstract: The author analyzes the provisions of the complaint procedure introduced to the Civil Procedure Code by the Act of July 4, 2019. The publication aims to present the introduced changes, their nature and the role they play in the overall civil process. The Author proposes new construction solutions e.g. the possibility of appealing against the decision of the second-instance court on the expert’s remuneration. Moreover, the Author approves the introduced institution of inadmissible complaints and the extension of the use of horizontal complaints.
