Summary/Abstract: Education and Communication are manifested as disciplines that are intertwined and benefit from each other. Effective use of communication skills leads to increased productivity in education. However, teachers working in primary schools, which are the first level of education, keep their dialogues not only with students but also with parents under control and become a guide that manages communication processes. Especially today, where communication technologies are widely used, the fact that the information flow is very fast and unlimited makes process management even more difficult. The "new generation parent" profiles that emerged with the new human prototype created by social media platforms assuming the role of parent, see their children as unique and reflect this situation in their dialogues with the teacher. In this direction, teachers should manage the processes in the most efficient way by having high communication skills in parent communication. In this study, it has been tried to analyze the barriers and difficulties faced by teachers regarding the communication process management carried out with today's parent profiles, taking into account the generational differences.
