Summary/Abstract: The author presents preparations for Census of Agriculture 2010 as well as Census of Population and Housing 2011. Using Geographical Information System (GIS) is discussed in detail. The study discusses also using space data received from the State Geodetic and Cartographic Resources. Moreover, foreseen profits of the geographical information system use as well as development directions of geo-spatial analyses are discussed too. The idea of the geo-statistical portal is described briefly. Using modern technologies will create a chance to conduct effective demographical, social as well as economic analyses in connection with space.
