Summary/Abstract: This article aims to analyze the activity of Polish consumers in e-services and the definition of Poland’s position in Europe in the use of these services. The study focuses on two kinds of electronic services: e-government and e-commerce. For this purpose, the data of CSO and Eurostat were used. The analysis found that only one fifth of Polish consumers showed activity in the e-commerce and e-government markets. Young people (age 25–34 years), with a higher level of education and higher incomes are main Internet users. The greatest activity in the use of e-services in Europe show households in the Nordic countries, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
