Summary/Abstract: The article highlights the contribution of the Romanian military counterintelligence in the essential moments of Romania's history. The author also captures the transformations that these services have known in terms of the need to know information about the security context. The Romanian Army has transformed, refined and upgraded its informational and counterintelligence structures to prevent the opponent from stealing the information he desires, while taking severe security measures for secret information, protecting his or her important strategic goals, and all his staff, not being vulnerable to the opponent's informative actions.
