Summary/Abstract: Nature reserve is a territorial legal form of nature protection. It is established in the form of an act of local law issued by the regional director for environmental protection. In addition, the legal effect of its creation is the introduction of an appropriate legal regime in the form of prohibitions allowed by law and the expropriation of real estate for the public purpose of its creation, which is the protection of unique natural values occurring in its territory.
