Summary/Abstract: The Article the meaning of the television for the young man of lerning oneself at elementary school. The present television both public as and commercial – the time designed for the young spectator limits in his time in visions. In relation to the the whole of the hours of the transmission – the pupil has the just moment to watch tale or animated film in unsuitable for him times. Time in vision is directed on the spectator of big people. Even so the called mission of the public television does not diminish advertisements, he is whose recepient and the young spectator. You can not see the trend which this changed. The media shapes tastes, in this and young children. We adult are for this responsible, but theses we do not do this unfavourable balance harmful children to alter anything.
