Summary/Abstract: A business communication is an act of formal code communication with a variable linguistic effect In this type of communication it is necessary to use the formal business style code for both written communication (business correspondence) and oral business communication. In order to create a message which reaches the most effective way its recipients it is necessary to: 1) the dialog partners shall know the discourse specifications on the economic field 2) to know well the economic sub-style formal code with its linguistic variations according to the linguistic situation 3) to aim a mutual understanding for which is necessary to have a disposition to. There are specific conditions which the business communication participants shall consider for a successful business communication such as to keep the formal business code and ethics, and to create clear, short and logically structured texts.
