Summary/Abstract: The author has substantiated conceptual basics for the organizational and economic transformation of business consulting as a component of a complex process of consulting business digitalization and forming the Consulting 4.0 Conception. The author has disclosed the main characteristics of digital team as a new model for consulting activity under digitalization of the business. The author has determined measures for forming a flat structure of a consulting firm, a primary link of which is digital teams of consultants. The author has substantiated the necessity for appointing digital teams as responsibility centers, inclusion of them into a budgeting system, and drawing up key indicators of their efficiency. The article discloses directions for implementing digital technologies for forming external networks, cross-channel interactions with customers and partners, knowledge management, ensuring the client-oriented approach in the consulting business. The article describes the content and main goals for customer experience management based on the client-oriented approach.
