Summary/Abstract: Background – information about submarine’s combat actions on the Black Sea is fully correction and has been researched by international historical. But this article has to describe the features of the fighting of submarines on the Black Sea in World War II, taking into account the physical and geographical aspects. The primary purposes of the work are: firstly, to analyze the quantitative and qualitative status of the enemy submarine connections; secondly, changes in physical and geographical conditions of actions from underwater, especially: removing submarines from other regions into the Black Sea, submarine’s combat actions in shallow waters, to strike/defense of the Navy harbors by submarines; thirdly, a comparison of the effectiveness of submarines' combat operations at individual theaters of war; fourthly, giving positive and negative examples of the fighting of Soviet submarines near the Ukrainian coast of the Northwestern Black Sea, in particular in the Gulf of Odessa and introduce the submarine war affront Krigsmarine by Great Britain and Soviet submarines at 1941 in Barents Sea and affront Japan Fleet by American and Soviet submarines at 1945 in Japan Sea. Author using the problem’s, statistic’s, chronology’s and comparative’s methods. As results we finding dependence combat successes of submarines from organization, experience, technology and quality Submarine’s School of Navy Fleets.
