The quality of law as a standard of constitutionality - brief reflections

Summary/Abstract: In recent years, the quality of the law has become a topic for debate and at the same time a constitutionality standard in the case law of the Romanian Constitutional Court. However, this standard has not appeared as a result of an independent interpretation of the Romanian Court, but it penetrated the constitutional vocabulary of the Court via the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. This article attempts to show how this well-known standard of the Strasbourg Court has entered into the Romanian constitutional law.
