Summary/Abstract: Artificial Intelligence (AI) tends to become a pluripotent and omniscient tool, taking over all areas of social life, generously offering efficient, objective and rapid solutions for any human task needing to be accomplished. With all its present and especially future advantages, AI presents itself as a bivalent tool, capable of facilitating human activities in a society increasingly reconfigured on the risk paradigm, and, on the other hand, due to insufficient development (some forms of AI being still in their early stages of research), is presented as an important risk generating factor. The business sector, which was the first to embrace the benefits of AI and implement algorithmic solutions, seems to be the most vulnerable.
