Summary/Abstract: Traditions are an essential part of human life, through which people express theirreligious feelings and keep their property. In addition to folk customs, there are churchor Christian traditions, in which there are prescribed by religious rites. Such rituals arepracticed in certain church holidays, and through which the experience of the New Testament events and expresses the eschatological expectation. Church traditions are the OldTestament and early Christian origin, which makes it necessary to make a distance of folkcustoms, whose origins date back to the time of paganism, which in themselves containare superstition, magic and sorcery, something that is contrary to Christianity.
