Summary/Abstract: The Criminal Labour law appeared and developed in states with a traditionalsensitivity to health and labour security problems (France, Italy, Belgium) due to increasingimportance of the social and human relations which affects the working system. The lack ofefficiency in the labour law regulations led to penal sentence application. The relativeinefficiency of the civil and disciplinary sentences was noticed during time, when the labourlaw regulations became more ample, and the penal sentences were applied more often. Inorder to make a correct analyses of the consequences of the penal law, the doctrine took intodiscussion the possibility of the existence of criminal labour law.
