What is the role of the "singing Bulgarian people" in shaping the scientists from the Institute of Music at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences? The source of the research is the biographical and field experience ofRaina Katsarova and Elena Stoin, their field materials stored in the archives of the Institute for the Study of Arts and in personal archives.
