Summary/Abstract: A significant part of the monograph was developed in the context of the implementation by the authors of a complex research project on the subject: "National business cultures of Poland and Ukraine: improvement of scientific and practical foundations for cooperation on European and world markets"; as part of the project of the National Agency for Academic Exchange NAWA and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine as a joint Polish-Ukrainian project in 2020–2021. The individual parts of the monograph were developed in the context of the implementation of cooperation between the two countries in the field of science, education and innovation. Subsection 4.5. This monograph is part of the topic "Theory and practice of comparative analysis of entrepreneur profiles (on the example of Poland and Ukraine)", as part of the IDUB Scholarship Competition for Ukraine project "Initiative of Excellence - Research University", carried out at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz. Subsection 3.3. was developed as an element of the topic "Corporate culture in times of crisis: the content of transformational changes as the basis for management modification" as part of the project of the National Science Center for Ukraine on the continuation of research in Poland after 02/24/2022.This book was created as a result of the multilateral activities of the Center for Scientific and Research Cooperation: Poland-Ukraine, established by the authors in 2016 on the basis of the Department of Management of the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz and the Department of Economics, Marketing and Entrepreneurship of the National University of Taras Shevchenko (this monograph is to some extent a logical continuation of the monograph B. Glinkowska-Krauze, B. Kaczmarek, V. Chebotarov, “Contemporary management problems. Theory and practice”, Łódź 2020).
