Summary/Abstract: The monograph presents the findings of musical sociological research that was implemented by the Music Department at Faculty of Education of Masaryk University with the aim to map the current state of music education with the accent on searching for other possibilities of using modern multimedia technologies in order to make music education process more efficient. It also takes into account the results of similarly oriented research carried out by the same workplace in 2010 and 2011.
