Summary/Abstract: The monograph provides a broad view of the issues of enterprise cooperation with research and development units from the management side of the process from an enterprise perspective. It distinguishes itself by a broad overview of the literature on cooperation management and inter-organizational relations. The monograph contains interesting research findings, which are the result of the implementation of an extensive research project. Based on the conducted research, the author of the monograph additionally created recommendations for enterprises wishing to establish cooperation with scientific units, which care about maintaining good relations, resulting in the development of innovation and the enterprises themselves.
