Summary/Abstract: In front of you for the twenty second time is the edition of CeSID's "About Elections" edition, which was launched in 1997 with the aim of offering citizens and professionals a detailed, structured and complete overview of the electoral processes in Serbia and Montenegro (until the 2006 referendum). This is the fourth referendum that CeSID as an organization has observed: the first was in April 1998 (on the participation of foreign representatives in resolving the issues surrounding the status of Kosovo and Metohija), then the Montenegrin referendum on independence from May 2006, i.e. the referendum on the adoption of the new Constitution of Serbia from October of the same year. On January 16, 2022, the citizens of Serbia expressed their opinion in the republican referendum on constitutional changes in the judiciary of the Constitution of Serbia from 2006, answering the question "Are you in favor of confirming the Act on Amending the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia".
