Summary/Abstract: A collection of nationwide good practices, drawing on local social potential, used in programmes aimed at persons or groups most at risk of social exclusion or who are already excluded. The study presents examples of current, widely accessible national intercommunity initiatives of active reintegration, taking into account the requirements of citizens functioning in 21st-century information society.
