Summary/Abstract: The beginner teacher, during the assimilation of new experiences, develops in his motivational structure different levels of needs, some or others being dominant, depending on the integration of work content, acceptance and assimilation in the community, assuming the responsibility and roles of the chosen profession, the personal priorities in relation to the ones from the professional level, depending on the integration of the contents of the instructive-educational activities carried out. Appropriate social support would involve sympathetic relationships that make it possible to be allowed to directly request support and the receptiveness of others to the demands of the person in difficulty. The transformations made by the beginner teacher during the first two years of didactic activity are of major importance for the future teaching career which determined the concern of the present study to highlight the necessity of different social contact needs for the beginner teachers with the familiarization and assumption of the activity teaching. The conditions of appreciation of the work done, the internalization of the roles and the assumption of responsibilities, motivate the young teacher for continuity in didactic activity, facilitate his adaptation to the professional, social environment that defines the school unit as an organization by which the debutant learns.
