Summary/Abstract: The importance of communication in the online environment is increasingly used and sought on social networks. Nowadays, teenagers seek the company of other people on the Internet for communication. Online communication has radically changed the dynamics of the personal lives of millions of people. The etiquette of the Internet today is part of social norms, customs and culture. The basic rules of neticheta are those applied daily on the Internet and are established to have effective communication with each other.
