Summary/Abstract: This article examines the problem of the peculiarities of the prevention of deviant behavior in Romany children. Based on the study of this problem, in the place of compact residence of the Romany, in the city of Otaci of the Republic of Moldova, a description of the reasons for the deviant behavior of students is given. On the example of the work of the teachers of the theoretical lyceum named after M. Eminescu of the city of Otaci identified factors that positively affect the effectiveness of the prevention of deviant behavior in Romany children. The idea of an integrated approach to solving this problem, the role of local public authorities and mediators in working with Romany are substantiated
