- Summary/Abstract:The need to research this issue is determined by: a) the lack of complex research focused on this issue; b) the impressive number of children with SEN who need individualized educational support; c) implementation of the provisions of educational policies in the fields of deinstitutionalization and development of inclusive education. A contradictory situation has been created in the theory and practice of education: on the one hand, the policies of educational inclusion and the development of individualized educational support services are insistently promoted, on the other hand, there is a lack of comprehensive research and psycho-pedagogical models children in the conditions of early education. The article presents the results of a study on self-control skills in children with special educational needs. - Summary/Abstract:Currently, the development process of the education system is characterized by the rise of the role of technologies, adding a valuable set of new teaching resources and tools, adequate to support the inclusive instructional-educational process. The use of the computer in teaching-learning is related to solving two important problems of promoting and capitalizing on inclusive education. On the one hand, the use of the computer facilitates the development of children's motivation for learning activities, and on the other hand, it contributes to the development of computer skills, which, in turn, can facilitate their socio-professional insertion. The role of ICT in the education process of children with SEN can be approached through a threefold dimension: compensation; learning (didactic); of comunication. ICT offers a multitude of special and innovative methods and techniques for training children with SEN.

- Summary/Abstract:The analysis of the issue of children with disabilities and their families from the perspective of social services provided indicates the direct link between family care and the quality of social inclusion of children with disabilities. These families, going through the current problem-phenomena with the society, also go through the problems generated by the disability appeared in the family. Social services have an important place in the integration of people with disabilities. The basic idea in the activity of social services is to ensure the principle of equal opportunities, so that the person with disabilities benefits from the same living conditions as his peers. The purpose of social services is to improve the quality of life of people with special needs by creating quality alternative services, supporting the process of social integration of people with disabilities by changing the mentality of rejection manifested by society

Moreover, is based on theoretical research that also includes elaboration and implementation of a psychological program. The research brought in evidence the problems regarding the types of emotional disorders resulting from abuse and negligence of the children, at the age between 8 to 10 years. - Summary/Abstract:The process of modifying the state educational system can be realised through quantitative and qualitative changes. The quantitative changes depend “from a state policy”. As for the qualitative changes, they depend from a certain pedagogical staff and pedagogical science as well. The last mentioned changes may be performed, using pedagogical innovation, co-existed in three following dimensions: curricular, pedagogical and managererial one. In the field of language teaching, the European Commission promotes multilingualism and language learning, with the main objective of "mother tongue +2". Method " Parallel studying of four Nordic languages”, being an optional course, it allows the student to form his own way of thinking, his efforts are directed towards the development of his own knowledge. In this way the educational process sets to be revealed more attractive and more interesting for this very scholar. By applying in practice the above-mentioned “model” of treating the optional disciplines we will face the situation, when the scholar is not waiting to be controlled, he organises himself and his own educational process, he thinks logically, he works in tight collaboration with his teachers and his colleagues and at the same time he is able to apply obtained knowledges in every day practice

- Summary/Abstract:This article examines the problem of the peculiarities of the prevention of deviant behavior in Romany children. Based on the study of this problem, in the place of compact residence of the Romany, in the city of Otaci of the Republic of Moldova, a description of the reasons for the deviant behavior of students is given. - Summary/Abstract:The article is devoted to the study of the process of intercultural adaptation of foreign students in higher educational establishments of Ukrainian in the conditions of the inclusive system of education. The article analyzes the concept of «inclusive education» and proves the importance of the process of inclusion in the educational environment of higher education institutions. The focus is on international students as a group of people who need specific educational conditions, but who also need to be treated in the same way as other participants in the educational process. It is noted that an important condition for intercultural adaptation of foreigners is teaching them communication skills. It is proved that adaptation of foreign students depends on successful intercultural communication, which promote their integration into the Ukrainian environment and culture

This study examines the theoretical and practical aspects of this process. Value orientations are used to choose the direction of development and behavior of an individual. The value orientations are based on the value system, the formation of which relates right to the primary school age. In the educational process, the formation of value orientations is the result of cumulative activities of teachers, parents and students. - Summary/Abstract:Preserving cultural identity’ and ‘achieving social integration’ are among the few universally accepted objectives of educational policy. Therefore, we recommend to always consider each person’s individuality in intercultural situations, to suspend judgment and to find out more about possible reasons for behavior before acting. Communication on the one hand is frequently considered as being an important key competence, but on the other hand many employers think that having covered this as a subject of university studies may not count as having acquired academic expertise in a specialized field.
