Summary/Abstract: Efficiency includes not only economic but also social efficiency. The two types of efficiency should be considered in interrelation and interaction. All management, organizational and technological processes related to logistics have the purpose and result of achieving appropriate economic and social efficiency. Social results affect the image of enterprises and sites, attract and retain customers, business partners and employees, and this has serious economic consequences in a positive direction. Achieving better social results in the provision of logistics services is directly related to the application of a high level of culture of logistics services. The aim of the present study is to present a model for improving the social results of logistics service providers by increasing the culture of logistics services and the results of its testing.
