Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to analyze and assess the economic factors shaping the net income in agricultural holdings in Bulgaria for the period 2007 – 2019 in terms of statistical regions. Comparative methods of analysis, analysis of structural variables, factor analysis is used. The data source is the Farm Accountancy Data Network(FADN). Net farm income is a variable formed under the influence of gross output in the sector, production costs, subsidies and other factors. There are disparities in the formation of net income in different statistical planning areas. There is a fluctuation of net income by territory. Subsidies are a significant factor in the formation of farm income in Bulgaria.
